A JJ School alumnus, Sunil Mahadik has been in the profession of Communication Design for over 4 decades and has won numerous awards for the extraordinary work he has conceived over the years. He is considered amongst the top 10 Advertising and Communication legends of India.

He started his own practice in 1992 and went on to establish, The Flagship Advertising in 1995. Observing the need for Design specific solutions, founded XOX Design, and to understand his TG better, conceived SubCulture. Post pandemic, along with some of his colleagues and to be able to work with large spectrum of creative minds across diverse disciplines, he started Minds Collective.

Sunil possesses an acute sense of aesthetics which makes all his communication designs distinctly cutting-edge and timeless. His in-depth understanding of the power of visuals adds unmatched value to any communication design he is a part of.
