(ii) “Effective Date” means the Date on which you accept these Terms by clicking ‘Sign Up’ or ‘I Accept’ or using the Website into an agreement with the Company.
(iii) “User” means any person who browses, uses the Website or Services therein, it also includes persons who sign up and create an Account on the Website or synchronize their account on third party sites including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Twitter, Instagram etc.
(iv) “User Content” may be defined to mean any information pertaining to name, legal status, email address, phone number, payment details and address of the User, materials that the User may upload, post, or otherwise transmit to this Website including but not limited to User uploaded images, text, data, sketches, artwork, photos, images, drawings, graphics, digital images, or any combination thereof.
(v) “Services” shall mean the services which are offered to Users who simply browse the Website. The Foundation may remove or add new services from time to time and may also charge a certain amount for offering such Services as refereed below:-
To undertake, promote, organize, secular, advance and propagate Education in Music, Dance, Drama, culture and other fine arts in India and abroad.
To organize and/or conduct or arrange to conduct schools/colleges in fine Arts, seminars/symposia, concerts, competitions, demonstrations, lectures, film shows, music, dance and drama festivals for the attainment of the objects of the Sabha and to provide facilities for advancement of such education, publications, archives and libraries and other similar means in India and abroad.
To award scholarships, stipends, honours and prizes and other forms of encouragement/ assistance for learning/propagating music, dance drama and other fine Arts in pursuance of the above objects in India and abroad.
To undertake and promote scientific research for extension of knowledge in relation to Fine Arts in all their branches in India and abroad.
To raise awareness about public safety though campaigns, discussion, seminars, lectures, Workshops, plays and street plays, digital advertisements, etc
To conduct classes, establish and run schools or colleges for the study of Music, Dance and allied arts which include inter alia.
To promote and develop Indian Music, Dance, Culture and allied arts in general.
(vi) All other capitalized terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Other Terms.
- INFORMATION WE COLLECT
3.1 Information Provided to Us:
We receive and store Personal Information (i.e. includes information that whether on its own or in combination with other information may be used to readily identify or contact you.
You as a User may be required to provide certain information when you sign up and create an Account or are using certain parts of our Website such as your complete name, address, email address, mobile number, donation details and other personal as well as non-personal information provided by you when you set up an account upon registration (Account) or when you simply use the Website. We will also collect information which is made available by the details that you post in your account or feedback, and any comments regarding the software on the Website.
