About the Project

Material & Expressions 2026 is a collaborative artistic initiative hosted by Dot Line Space Art Foundation in the Konkan region of Maharashtra. The programme seeks to explore the relationship between material, process, and expression while fostering exchange between contemporary artists, local communities, and young participants.

The project combines an art camp, Bal Kala Shibir activities, and open studio presentations, creating opportunities for experimentation, learning, and community engagement.

Objectives

  • To encourage innovative approaches to material and artistic expression.
  • To facilitate interactions between artists and local communities.
  • To nurture creative education through Bal Kala Shibir activities.

Eligibility

Applications are open to:

  • Interdisciplinary Practitioners

Artists from diverse backgrounds and disciplines are welcome.
